How do I connect ChatGPT or Claude to my computer?
First run `frely mcp start` on the computer; it prints the MCP URL. FrelyMCP is one address for your whole account: https://mcp.frely.cloud/mcp. In ChatGPT or Claude add a custom connector with that URL, sign in to Frely and approve the client. To check, ask the client to list the top-level names in your workspace.
